ACSM Membership Categories

Alliance of Health Fitness Membership

The Alliance membership is for health and fitness professionals wanting practical applications of exercise science and sports medicine research.

Professional Membership

The Professional category is for anyone who has earned a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; or, has earned at least a bachelor's degree in another area, but is working in a related field.

Professional-in-Training Membership

Professional-in-Training membership is limited only to physicians in a residency program or a post-doctoral fellowship program.

Students

Student membership is open to full-time undergraduate college students, graduate students and medical students.

International e-Membership
